Bookings Terms & Conditions

By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Quotes & Payments

  • All quotes are valid for fifteen (15) days from the date of issue. If accepted after this period, a new quotation may be required.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least four (4) weeks before the event may be eligible for a refund, minus the following charges:

    • $50 consultation fee

    • Any costs incurred for containers, vases, or special purchases

  • Cancellations made within one (1) week of the event may result in a refund of 0–50%, depending on:

    • Time committed to planning

    • Resources secured

    • Materials ordered and paid for

Substitutions & Changes

  • Substitutions may be required due to product availability. We will contact you to discuss alternatives if needed.

  • Changes to flower type, colour, or variety can be made up to 14 days before the event. No changes can be accepted after this point.

  • Any major changes to the booking require a minimum of 4 weeks' notice.

  • Changes to booked items may incur additional fees, which will be clearly communicated in advance.

Hire Items – Terms & Conditions

  • All hire/rental items, including faux/silk flowers, remain the property of Bloom Joy Rentals.

  • Items must be returned by the date specified in your quote. Daily rental fees apply for late returns.

  • If any item is lost, stolen, or damaged, the full retail replacement cost will be charged to the hirer.

Bond Requirements

  • A bond is required for all hire items (including faux/silk flowers).

  • This bond will be fully refunded within 1 business days after the event, provided all items are returned in as-new condition.

  • Any lost or damaged items will be deducted from the bond. If the cost exceeds the bond amount, an invoice will be issued and is payable immediately.

Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a booking under the following circumstances:

  • Natural disaster or state of emergency

  • Safety or risk concerns

Bloom Joy Rentals (https://www.bloomjoyrentals.com.au) respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We thus take extraordinary steps to handle any personal information collected on our website only in ways compatible with this Privacy Policy.

This website may collect certain information about you – such as your name, your phone numbers, email addresses, bank account details and your event – such as the name and address of the venue where you are holding your wedding / event.

Bloom Joy Rentals will never sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in our privacy statement below. This information is only used to administer and endeavor to provide you the best service.

Your photos

We will ask for your persmission to take and post photos of our products during your wedding / event day. The photos may or may not include yourself. If you do not give us your consent, we will not take any photos that include yourself or any of the guests at your event. However, we may still reserve the right to take photos of our products at your event.
