Cancellation Policy
How we can support you cancelling your arrangement
Cancellation from the Client
Cancellations must be made at least 90 days prior to the event date to receive an 80% refund of the total payment, with a non-refundable retainer of 20%, while no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days due to incurred expenditures related to floral arrangements and related services.
If you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking, you’ll receive a 90% refund. The 10% deduction would be to cover processing fees that have already been incurred.

Cancellation from Bloom Joy Rentals
If Bloom Joy Rentals is unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we may provide a cancellation notice and issue a full refund to your bank account. Bloom Joy Rentals reserves the right to cancel or refund after order placement due to unavailability of the selected date, specific products, exceeding order limits, damage to rental items, or any other reasons.
