How the arrangement process works

Step 1 - Find and reserve your slot

Our website exhibits designs that you can choose for your wedding day. The price shown for each design is our fee to book that design, including delivery fee within standard drop-off and pick-up time (from 9am to 9pm Mon-Sun), and within 45km distance of Catherine Field, NSW 2557. There may be extra costs incurred if the event location exceeds the 45km distance from Catherine Field, or if you require a late night pickup after 9pm, or any alterations to the original design. In addition, please note that the rental prices include setup at one location only. If you'd like to move a rental item (such as from your ceremony to your reception), an additional moving/setup fee will apply.

From our website, you can click on 'book now' link and you will see a list of designs that we offer. Click on 'add to cart' to select the one that you like. Then pick a date and time and fill out the rest of the booking form. It is quite important that you provide your venue details so we can contact them and make sure a smooth delivery on your special date.

Step 2 - Review your subtotal and make the payment

​​​After completing the booking form, you will proceed to the secure Checkout page. At checkout, you can choose to either:
          💳 Pay in full upfront, or
          🛍️ After Pay – split into 4 interest-free payments

Step 3 - You will receive a confirmation email from us

Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email from us and your receipt of the rental booking. We will also send you invoice for any extra fees that you agree after discussing with us.

Step 4 - We deliver on the event date

On the event date, we will coordinate directly with the venue to setup your arrangement. Once the event has finished, we will disassemble the arrangement and take it away from the venue. Please note that the arrangements — like arches, floral pillars — are large, heavy, or require disassembly to move. For your safety, please let our team know if you want to move the items and we will do it.

Step 5 - Please give us your feedback

We strive to provide the best delivery experience on your special day. We are happy if you are happy and we are sad if you were in any way dissatissfied with our service. Your positive review and feedback is vital to our business and we hope that is something you can share with us after the event.
